Adult Pickleball lessons for all levels. Lessons are taught by Dave Velardo of Proposalpickleball.com. Dave has been playing pickleball for five years and playing & teaching professionally for three years.  He is the 2018 5.5 Nationals Gold Medalist and has played for the last few years with a winning record in men's and mixed pro doubles playing on the top pro tour with a lot of experience playing against the best players in the world.

When Registering please review the skill level descriptions and place yourself appropriately.

“True Beginner with Rules”: you need to learn the rules, you have little to no pickleball experience and/or little to no experience with tennis, racquetball, or other paddle sports.  You need help serving and/or hitting basic “tennis baseline” shots.  Small group lesson only available.

“Beginner Plus with Rules”: you need to learn the rules and how to keep score, you are comfortable in at least one paddle sport: pickleball, tennis, racquetball, etc, but, you don’t have a lot of pickleball experience and want to ask questions and build a great foundation for your pickleball from a pro tour level player and top coach who will assess your game and help you understand exactly what your personal steps are to improve your game further.  Small group lesson and Play With The Pro Foursome Playing Lesson are both available to achieve these objectives for your game.

“Beginner Plus without Rules”: you already know the rules of pickleball and how to keep score.  Otherwise, this lesson series will be identical to “beginner plus with rules and scoring”.

“Intermediate”: you are an experienced, “intermediate” level pickleball player in your local pickleball group, probably in the “3.0” to “low 3.5 or mid 3.5” pickleball skill level range.  Given that all players in this class really know what they are doing, a heavy focus is placed on playing and custom assessment, covering questions, and advanced teaching to ensure that after each session, all players know exactly what’s needed for their own games to improve.

"Drilling with Dave for Intermediates”: the entire hour is devoted to teaching you to get the most out of your drilling.  Drill with Dave, learn Dave’s core drills, secondary drills, competitive drills, cooperative drills, and 3-minute pre-match tournament warmup drills while Dave coaches you to optimize your technique, control, and consistency.  Dave will help you determine which drills are most important for your own game.  Meet other players who want to drill more so you can keep drilling on your own!

“Advanced”: you are an “advanced” player in your local area (probably in the mid to high 3.5 or 4.0 skill level range).  Given that all players in this class really know what they are doing, a heavy focus is placed on playing and custom assessment, covering questions and advanced teaching to ensure that after each session, all players know exactly what’s needed for their own games to improve.  Small group lesson and Play With The Pro Foursome Playing Lesson playing lesson are both available to achieve these objectives for your advanced game.
