USTA Travel Pickleball League

Are you passionate about pickleball and would like to put your skills to the test against other towns in the area? The Recreation department is excited to collaborate with the United Social Tennis Association to create a travel pickleball league!  
 
A team comprised of players from Belmont will compete against fellow north division towns like Brookline and Concord. 

It is an "intermediate level" league meaning players should possess skills such as dependable shot control and serves, sustains medium-length rallies, starting to understand variations of pace and depth of shot.

The league will run for 4 weeks and take place on Saturday afternoon from 2:00pm - 3:30pm at the courts in either Concord or Brookline.

Each town will need a team captain as well. Captains will set the line ups each week for their team at least 24 hours in advance of matches. For home matches, captains will be responsible for bringing balls, helping with court assignments, and recording scores in the league spreadsheet. If you volunteer to be captain, your registration is free!
 
At the end of the season, teams will compete in a round robin tournament. The winner from both the north and south division will face off for the league championship!
