Pickleball Lessons - Intro To Pickleball INTRO TO PICKLEBALL
This class is designed for players with limited-to-no Pickleball experience. Players will learn the basic rules, scoring, and general strategies of Pickleball in this 4-week crash course on one of the fastest growing sports in the country.
Participants should be physically able to run/jog a short distance and be steady on their feet. NO PRIOR RACQUET/PADDLE SPORTS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Junior Pickleball - Junior Pickleball Pickleball is a fast-paced racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. With a focus more on hand-eye coordination than stamina or physical prowess, and played on a small court, pickleball is fun for all ages and skill levels! Game instruction will be provided on week one with plenty of time for practice. We will provide all necessary equipment for participation in this program, but feel free to bring your own pickleball gear if you have it!

Pickleball Lessons - Advanced Beginner/Intermediate Skill Session: Volley Clinic INTRO TO PICKLEBALL
This class is designed for players with limited-to-no Pickleball experience. Players will learn the basic rules, scoring, and general strategies of Pickleball in this 4-week crash course on one of the fastest growing sports in the country.
Participants should be physically able to run/jog a short distance and be steady on their feet. NO PRIOR RACQUET/PADDLE SPORTS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
All equipment provided!
PICKLEBALL 201
Pickleball 201 is designed for existing players that already have a firm understanding of the rules and scoring but may not feel entirely ready to join established social groups. This class will help build your confidence on the court and help you better understand shot selection, court positioning, and more intermediate/advanced strategies of the game.
Demo paddles available for use!

Serve/Return Clinic - Learn to get your points off the ground with confidence and consistency! This 90-minute clinic will feature a blend of drills and game-play where players will implement their newly learned serve and serve return strategies on court.

***Players MUST KNOW RULES/SCORING IN ORDER TO ATTEND!
Volley Clinic - A LOT of players are nervous to play at the NVZ and don't like playing against the "bangers"! This 90-minute clinic is designed to get players volleying the ball with more accuracy, consistency, and confidence! Class will feature a blend of drills and game-play to help implement their nearly learned volley strategies on court!

***Players MUST KNOW RULES/SCORING IN ORDER TO ATTEND!
Drop Shot & Dink Clinic - Get a better grip on controlling your shots both at the baseline (drop shots) and at the NVZ line (dinks)! Learn how to better position yourself and how to execute some of the most difficult shots in the game! Class will feature a blend of drills and game-play to help implement their nearly learned strategies on court!

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION AVAILABLE FOR ALL SKILL LEVELS!

Whether it's learning the basics, or improving upon your existing skill set, Eric will be able to help guide you in the right direction and get you winning more points on court!

Since January 2020, Eric has been coaching full-time with town rec departments and private facilities throughout the Greater Boston region helping players of all skill levels sharpen their game. Now he’s excited to bring his passion and expertise to Belmont Recreation, and he can’t wait to hit the court with you in a group class or a private lesson!
