Parkour, also known as freerunning or l'art du déplacement originally started outside of Paris in the late 1980's and has since become one of the fastest growing sports in the world. Parkour practitioners learn to navigate their environment and overcome mental and physical challenges in a safe and pro-gressive manner in order to be able to move through any envi-ronment. Classes are designed to accommodate a wide range of fitness and ability levels, and are all taught by an ADAPT-certified instructor.

Program takes place rain/snow or shine.
