Camp Roar: Counselor in Training (CIT) Program at Camp Roar: SKIP(ages 5-6) is an exciting program for 14-15 yr olds (13 yr olds who are also rising 9th graders also qualify) who are interested in becoming camp counselors one day and a great opportunity to develop important leadership and teamwork skills. 

Our program is designed to help prepare young adults for additional responsibility while still enjoying all that summer camp has to offer! Participants will have hands on experience with planning day to day activities and assisting in overseeing a group of our energetic campers. 

Location: Belmont Middle High School

Participant time at camp qualifies for BHS required volunteer hours. Please contact Belmont Recreation office for further information.

Participants must commit to the full 2 week sessions. 

Camp Roar: CIT Program Cancellation Policy: There is a $50 cancellation fee per person/ per session, if requested before June 2nd. 
Absolutely No Refunds are given after this date. All request should be in writing,please emailRecreation@belmont-ma.gov

Participants will be under direct supervision of our Camp Recreation and Camp Staff Director.
