Core Workout and Strengthening on ZOOM Register View Cart

With an emphasis on utilizing core muscles and using best training practices, we will strengthen and tone all the body's major muscles; abdominals, gluteal muscles, hips, thighs, and upper body; some standing, but primarily a mat based class. A set of hand weights and mat would be useful.
