Math Overtime is a 5-week academic support program held at Beech Street Center for students in grades 6–8 who need extra help in math.
The program is led by two highly advanced 9th grade students, Sara Qirko and Yarinda Sar, who are currently taking an 11th grade math class and have completed leadership training to support their tutoring skills.
Students should bring their math homework or classwork and will complete it in a focused, supportive environment with guidance from Sara, Yarinda, and their peers, helping them build confidence and improve their understanding.
