Cancellation & Refund policy


All programs are subject to change or cancellation for a variety of reasons. Refunds will be given if sessions are cancelled by the Recreation Department due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds are not given for individual classes within a session that cannot be made up. Makeups will be scheduled if at all possible. Refunds are not be given after the start of the program unless specifically approved by the Recreation Department. Also, refunds will be issued to account holders if requested in writing, no later than five (5) days to the start date of a class. Refunds, for activities and memberships, including the Underwood Pool will not be issued, once the start date of the activity or membership has commenced. Exceptions will be reviewed, on a case-by-case basis, by the Director of the Recreation Department. If approved, refunds will be pro-rated based on the number d sessions attended. 

Summer camp cancellation policy There is a $100 cancellation fee per camp week, per person if requested by June 1st Refunds are not issued after June 1st.
